The KOLS team has many years of experience in advising on the broadly understood intellectual property law: industrial property law, copyright law, personal data protection, telecommunications law, and media law. KOLS lawyers support their clients both in terms of ongoing legal services and as part of transactional advisory.

The experience of KOLS lawyers includes, among others:

• creating, providing opinions, and negotiating commercial agreements regarding the transfer of copyright, related rights, and license agreements;
• registration of trademarks and proceedings regarding obtaining patents;
