Karol Orzechowski practices in all economic areas of the Polish law, with particular emphasis on corporate and transaction-related issues as well as public procurement.

His experience includes a full range of transactions and corporate aspects, both in Poland and at the international level. He has experience in the field of sales, mergers and acquisitions, enterprise restructuring – both for the benefit of buyers and sellers. Furthermore, Karol Orzechowski regularly participates in cases related to public procurement and advises Polish and foreign companies with regard to their activities in Poland.

Karol Orzechowski also advises Clients in the sale, purchase, and financing of the sale and purchase of real estate, as well as the rental of commercial and office space. During his career, he supported Clients involved in power plants construction and power generation, state-owned and private companies from the energy and gas sectors, as well as electricity trading entities as well as those related to the production of nuclear energy.

For many years, he worked in Warsaw offices of international law firms – such as Hogan & Hartson and K&L Gates, as well as a partner in the Polish law firm Pietrzyk Orzechowski Wójtowicz.
