Thanks to family foundations, operating in Poland since 2023, our Clients have the opportunity to secure their assets for their loved ones and at the same time achieve their investment goals. We support them in this process by offering:

  • advice on defining the goals of a family foundation, clarifying doubts and answering questions that may concern future founders, including tax issues;
  • preparing, together with the Client, the statute of the family foundation, regulating the method of managing the assets during the life and after the death of the founder;
  • preparing the founding documentation of a family foundation, conducting proceedings for entry into the register of family foundations;
  • support in contacts with public administration bodies, banks, financial institutions;
  • advice on the process of contributing assets to a family foundation;
  • preparing and managing legal documentation in the course of the family foundation’s activities.
