Joanna Mieczkowska-Łowicka specializes in corporate and commercial law, in particular in the field of M&A transactions, and current corporate advisory for Polish and foreign entrepreneurs. She also provides full scope of services related to establishing and asset transfer to family foundations

In her everyday practice, she deals with the preparation and issuing of opinions on draft commercial contracts, including in the field of international trade, conducting due diligence review and preparation of comprehensive transaction documentation.

Before joining the KOLS team, Joanna Mieczkowska-Łowicka gained experience in Polish law firms and the Warsaw office of one of the leading international law firms. During her studies at the University of Warsaw, she cooperated as a volunteer with the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights and the Student Legal Aid Center of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw.
