Joanna Wołek-Łysoń specializes in litigation and administrative matters. In everyday practice, she represents clients at all stages of pre-court proceedings, including conducting negotiations and mediations, in court proceedings – economic, civil, criminal (including penal-fiscal), administrative, and court-administrative proceedings and before public administration bodies. She deals with issues related to the broadly understood labor law, preparation and issuing of opinions on draft contracts and conducting due diligence review.

She represented her clients before courts and executive bodies as well as regulatory institutions. She possesses both the knowledge and experience on the functioning of financial markets and the capital market in particular.

Before joining KOLS, Joanna Wołek-Łysoń gained experience in Warsaw-based law firms and at the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF).
