Advocate trainee Arkadiusz Szymański specializes in cases in narrow fields of criminal and penal-fiscal law as well as economic crime, with particular emphasis on white-collar crimes.

Arkadiusz Szymański has been providing legal assistance in renowned law offices and investment companies since 2012, as well as in the office of his patron. Beginning in 2016, he also provides individual legal assistance, cooperating with renowned Warsaw law firms. He gained professional experience by taking part in processes related to VAT fraud, organized crime, and managerial mismanagement.

The scope of his professional interests also includes matters from the borderline of criminal and corporate law. He participated in international conferences on the subject of comparative criminal justice, he completed a six-month scholarship at the Indiana University Maurer School of Law in the United States, culminating in receiving the “CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Excellent Achievement in the Study of International Business Transactions at Indiana University – Maurer School of Law (Spring 2015)”. Moreover, he holds the title of “ACO – Approved Compliance Officer” and is currently working on his doctoral dissertation in which he focuses on the role of personal sources of evidence in criminal business cases.

Arkadiusz Szymanski’s interdisciplinary and international experience means that he successfully provides legal assistance in the field of criminal law also to corporate entities.

He is a secretary of the Section of Criminal Law and Procedure at the District Bar Association in Warsaw.
