COMMERCIAL LEASE

Commercial lease agreements have been the leading specialization of adw. Karol Orzechowski and his team for many years. His unique experience in representing tenants allows for the effective and successful negotiation process. We support Clients by providing follow services:

• creating, reviewing and negotiating pre-transaction documents – letter of intents, head of terms, etc.;
• creating, reviewing and negotiating lease agreements for office, commercial and warehouse space and documentation related to these agreements (resolutions of corporate bodies, security documents – guarantees, sureties, declarations of submission to enforcement);
• conducting the negotiation process regarding all formal and legal issues, supporting the Client in negotiating business terms of the lease;
• representing Clients in contacts with landlords, property managers, intermediaries and financial institutions;
• creating, reviewing and negotiating real estate agency agreements.
